What will happen to a country, where the candidate scoring 6 % marks in the qualifying examination is becoming teacher, beating 66 % and compromising the many students that will study under him/her? Qualifying marks for an entrance test is less than half for some as compared to others. Students scoring zero, getting admission in professional colleges. That means just sit in the exam and the rest would be taken care of. Similar zeroes are becoming doctors and are taking patients to death bed. Millions of such terminators are being legally and constitutionally produced in our country. Similar is the case in beauracracy, if we have IAS/IPS with 6% brain, will they solve people’s problems. WHY WE SHOULD OPPOSE RESERVATION
1) RESERVATION INSULTS PEOPLES’ ABILITY AND INTELLECT DIRECTLY Reservation insults peoples’ ability and intellect directly as it readily allows the authority to sack really deserving candidates in the name of caste. It is just like that you are telling someone that,'your ancestors have done wrong, so you should pay for that. You may have more quality and you may have more intellect, but i would not allow you to occupy seat or job as you are the upper caste.'
2) RESERVATION ALLOWS STUDENTS AND CANDIDATES WITH LESSER MARKS AND LESSER QUALITY Reservation always allows people with lesser marks and lesser quality to get admissions in higher educational institutions and jobs which are totally unfair and unhealthy in true sense as in all the cases the reserved categories are permitted to enjoy higher education and job by lowering criteria and standard.
3) RESERVATION NEVER HELPS THE NEEDY ONE BUT… Reservation never helps the needy one but at the same time it creates another privileged section, which suppresses their own community. The advocates of reservation tell about convenient conditions of upper castes but when the lower caste masters enjoy privileges. The idea of helping the needy one is hampered because it creates a creamy layer. This policy is against the idea of reservation because when the policy was/is adopted it was/is shouted that upper castes were/are the creamy and wealthy layer of the society where the lower castes’ people cannot enjoy the same as their counterpart. 10) RESERVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION DOES HARM TO THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AS WELL AS THE QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION Higher education needs high skills, proficiency and excellence, when we admit duffers (students with lower qualities) in higher education then the quality of education cannot be maintained and the institutes of excellency like IITs, IIMs, JNU, AIIMS and other reputed govt. and private institutions suffer a lot by admitting those quota pupils because the quality and standard of education they offer is suitable only for good students come through tough competitive exams. The healthy competition between the really meritorious students is hampered due to imbalance as 50% zeros will come through quota.
11) RESERVATION IN JOBS PRODUCES BAD EFFECT IN THE WORK AREAS. Reservation in jobs produces bad effects in work areas where some get privilege in case of promotions and other matters and at the same time someone are denied in the term of castes creating another inequality and unfairness in spite of having suitable qualifications. It is pathetic, ruthless, it is like playing an ugly game in the name of castes at the rate of his or her future. This all has an adverse impact on the progress and over all development of the nation.
13) RESERVATION DISHONOURS THE RIGHT OF MERITORIOUS PEOPLES Reservation dishonors the right of meritorious peoples to get admission or job inspite of having good intellect and high proficiency. it declares the reserved category candidates are at per with the candidates coming from unreserved categories.every people has the right to get higher education and job according to his or her quality. but reservation hurts the basics and principles of fair selection.
14)RESERVATION DOES NOT RECOGNISE FAIR COMPETITIOIN… Reservation does not recognize fair competition. It gives unwanted privileges to the quota aspirants. Candidates are appearing for the same course, but a significant section is admitted by lowering criteria, cutoff marks and for them the certain portion of seats is reserved. Some candidates are admitted through front door, others through backdoor. Same exam, but with different rule for different candidates. Is it not an injustice.

22) RESERVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE ADMISSION OF A CANDIDATE THROUGH DONATION OR MANAGEMENT QUOTA Reservation in higher education is more dangerous than the admission of a candidate through donation or management quota as in this case the institutions get monetary benefit to develop their infrastructures, inspite of admitting lower standard candidates, but in case of reservation it is the case of total loss as you are offering seats and monetary benefits with large amount of subsidiary to the lower quality candidates who actually does not deserve. More than that no students are admitted to govt. institution through management quota or donations and only a small no. of candidates are admitted through capitation fees but the no of reserved category candidates is more higher than that.
23) RESERVATION IS A GOVT. RUN CASTE SYSTEM In ancient ages the Brahmins, the kings, the priests and the powerful section of upper castes used to run the caste system, but now govt. is shouldering the responsibility by using reservation and dividing the society in many ways by using their instruments in the name of social justice (the so called samajic nyay) given to the lower castes and community.
24) RESERVATION HAMPERS THE AUTONOMY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION Reservation implemented by govt. on both govt. and private institutions is an unwanted interference on their autonomy which is very much necessary to maintain the rules.Actually the govt. burdens its policy and it also supresses the decision making factors about quality control,infrastructure,quality of students and faculties-this is happening in the age of decentralization and market economics and it also indicates that the citizens are not enough intelligent to take some decisions on their own.nobody knows when this type of unwanted control would come to an end.
25) RESERVATION SYSTEM CANNOT BE ADDOPTED BY INCREASING SEATS Reservation system can not be adopted by increasing seats as the govt. is unable to provide suitable infrastructures, qualified faculties, strength of teachers, and healthy teacher student ratio due to many reasons and also there is no new policies still now adopted by the govt.
THE RESERVATIONISTS’ VIEWS AND THEIR FLAWS
1) It helps the lower classes as they are poor, needy and backward but they keep their mouths shut about the creamy layers in SCs, STs and OBCs who are enjoying this system in the name of their castes.
2) They never tell the conditions of poors and needies in the upper caste; even they have not even little concern about them.
3) They argue that the lower caste peoples are/were tortured by the upper castes but at the same time they are reluctant to admit OBCs and even other Dalits played also the same role on Dalits (SCs&STs), then why the general category specially the so called higher castes are becoming the sufferer.
4) The persons who argue that the lower caste should get opportunity at the sacrifice of the upper caste, I fear someday they will say upper caste has no right to study and no right to jobs.
5) The advocates who favours reservation always ask about the suffering of lower castes who suffered thousands of years ago. Is it not like that-someone had killed my grandfather and for that reason I should be given the opportunity to kill his grandson? It makes people vindictive spreading new generation govt. promoted hatred among different communities.
6) Those who argue for reservation in higher education and jobs-don’t want to disclose that many seats and jobs as well as different posts remain unfilled as suitable nos. of reserved category candidates are not found even on lowering the criteria.
7) They generally avoid the questions on quality rather stressing on quantity.
8) If you give 100% to general category students, you will get success almost at the rate of 97% whether in case of quota students it is hard to find even 40%. But the fact is that the reservationists are not ready to accept.
9) Every reservationist blames the upper castes for corruption, power hungriness, torturing the lower castes, selfishness but does not tell –how many lower caste peoples thought for the real prosperity of their community. Are they less corrupted and more unselfish than their upper caste counterparts?

Our many great personalities are from upper castes, our great scientists, poets, actors, politicians who fought against many odds are a big nos. from upper castes. Can we today deny them and their qualities that they were from upper castes, privileged section? Is it right anyway? If a student is meritorious and qualified, should he or she be restrained from taking admission telling about his or her social status?
12) They don’t understand that the right to appear for entrance examinations, right of getting a standard living standard combined with good study facilities in true sense, right to study, right to have basic education, getting job according to one’s ability are democratic and human rights, but right of getting chance by means of quota is not the democratic right, as it readily and surely sacks the others, right of merit which should be only the criteria for selection. If someone who is not well prepared, less qualified, less intelligent, gets lower marks and get admission in higher education and job areas is a great injustice done in the pure daylight.
13) Their views are like twentieth century’s fox, not like twentieth century’s human mind. They tell stories of past and ancient ghosts. Like fox always adopts policies which are tricks, but a real man adopts a policy of development in true sense.
China has GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of $13.4 Trillion while India has $4.9, that nearly one third. Per capita GDP $9800 as compared to $4000 in India. Industries contribute 44% in economy of China while in India, it is only 26%. Budgetary revenues in china are $2.118 trillion and expenditures $2.292 trillion while in india budgetary revenues are $181.3 billion and expenditures are $281.6 billion. Unemployment rate in china is 4.1% whereas in India it is 8.8%. Let us have a comparative view of two economies

One can imagine where do we stand. The only reason for our bankrupt state of economy is the reservation. Inefficient, untalented people with 6% brain are steering the country to Hell. What will happen to a country, where the candidate scoring 6 % marks in the qualifying examination is becoming teacher, beating 66 % and compromising the many students that will study under him/her? Qualifying marks for an entrance test is less than half for some as compared to others. Students scoring zero, getting admission in professional colleges. That means just sit in the exam and the rest would be taken care of. Similar zeroes are becoming doctors and are taking patients to death bed. Millions of such terminators are being legally and constitutionally produced in our country. Similar is the case in beauracracy, if we have IAS/IPS with 6% brain, will they solve people’s problems. They will take irresponsible decisions and will make the life of citizens of this country a hell as is the case at present. We have engineers with a 6% brain, and so we have patches on our roads. Buildings and bridges are collapsing every day. India has one third GDP as compared to China, this is the reason why. People with 6% brain are running the country. Scientists are with 6% brain, so almost no noble prize in science in last eighty years. Shameful situation!
We do not have electricity, we do not have water, our children are hungry. Our farmers are suiciding. Our soldiers are being beheaded at the border because of 6% brain politicians. The only reason for our bankrupt state of economy is the reservation. Inefficient, untalented people are steering the country to a hell. Only solution to this problem is by ending the system of reservation. Let the talent reach at the top and let us see the difference. We all have to stand against the politics of reservation and slap on the face of these politicians who try to divide hindus. Let the government allow people to freely change their castes. Why not H’ble supreme court gives our people the freedom to so called lower castes (an SC/ST/OBC) to get converted to Brahmins/Bania or directs Government to allow people to do so. All should start writing Sharma/Mishra/Bharadwaj/Gupta etc as their surname. Who has the right to stop them? Go to any Arya Samaj Temple and find out what Manu and Vedas say about inter-convertibility of castes. A Brahmin (by birth) running a leather industry or in a service sector is a Shudra (by karma) and can have a schedule caste surname. Similarly a shudra (by birth) teaching in a school or college is a brahmin (by karma) and can have surname as such. If our religious books allow us to change our surnames, according to our profession, who is the government or the court to stop us. Can government or the court has the guts to go against Muslim religious books. Then why only they are making fun of Hindu books. We should have the freedom for a caste name/surname. Government should take action against those who stop us in doing so. But Politicians and a section of Judiciary want casteism to go on forever so as to run the dirty caste politics.
Only solution to this problem is by ending the system of reservation. Let the talent reach at the top and see the difference.
